We had the opportunity to visit friends and family in the Desert Southwest this spring...We'd heard about the wildflowers of Death Valley and we thought we'd check it out... We were NOT disappointed! Here's our collection of snap-shots taken with our iPhone. Being from the Pacific Northwest we know what real beauty is with respect to landscape photography -- but boy were we pleasantly surprised by the beauty this desert has to offer!
