To the blackbeltbarrister if you do not believe in two tear policing and two Tia justice you obviously live a very sheltered life and live in a very affluent part of the country where maybe right on your doorstep doesn’t happen but I can assure you in most of the UK the police pick and choose what they do when they do it and how severely they do it and that’s definitely means they do not like to upset certain parts of the community because they know they will be a massive uproar and protests where other parts of the community they are not bothered because they know they will not be such an uproar

They prosecuted and charged many people within a week for posting memes… the ones who attack the police and break a ladies nose gets to walk free… horseshit there isn’t 2 tier policing
I think in this case the barrister in the video takes the correct position that prosecuting is not the polices job, it is the CPS's job. So technically it is two-tier prosecuting. Two tier policing also happens, when the police decides to ignore support for terrorist organisations (carrying ISIS flags, publically support Hamas or Hezbollah) and encouragements to genocide (From the river to the sea...), but decides to arrest people for making memes or for saying "Who the fuck is Allan" when people are blocking the road for a public display of ownership.
I understand the police aren't the ones to prosecute, but they can hold the assholes until trial, yet won't, the fact that 70+ year Old grannies are being arrested and charged in these "overnight courts" shows you how much the "British system" is corrupt... There is verifiable proof and evidence of them attacking the cops.... Yet they still roam the streets, free to jump on another boat and disappear to a different country with fuck all consequences for their crimes here.
@@cjr2131 , the police can't hold them till trial. They can only hold them for 24 hours and then have to charge them or let them go. Their solicitor will see to that. It's a judge who gives them bail or no bail. It's Stamer who oversees all this. He's soft on Muslims.

They found half a kilo of c0cain, 4 burner phones and a fake passport and bank accounts which he used to come here. He was put in an immigration centre for 3 days. NOt JAIL. For a moment, imagine what would have happened if 2 white Christian lads had pummelled 2 female Muslim Police officers at that airport? What is wrong with the UK's justice system???
We saw what happened during the summer riots when white lads (christian, atheist or whatever) just gesticulated at the police., they are now serving lengthy gaol sentences.
The individuals operating behind the scenes, often referred to as the puppet masters, exert control over all aspects of the situation, manipulating events and influencing outcomes without drawing attention to themselves. These unseen forces possess a deep understanding of the dynamics at play, allowing them to orchestrate actions and reactions with precision. They pull the strings of decision-makers, guiding their choices and steering the narrative in a direction that aligns with their own interests. Their influence extends beyond mere guidance; they often shape the very framework within which decisions are made. By controlling information, they can create narratives that serve their purposes, ensuring that the public perception aligns with their goals. This can involve the strategic dissemination of information, the cultivation of key relationships, and the establishment of networks that reinforce their power. Moreover, these puppet masters often operate in a realm of ambiguity, where their true intentions remain obscured. They may employ tactics such as misinformation, psychological manipulation, and the exploitation of vulnerabilities to maintain their grip on power. Their ability to remain in the shadows allows them to evade scrutiny, making it difficult for others to challenge their authority or question their motives. In this intricate web of influence, the puppet masters are not just passive observers; they are active participants in shaping the course of events. Their actions can have far-reaching consequences, affecting not only the immediate situation but also the broader societal landscape. As they navigate the complexities of power dynamics, they remain ever vigilant, adapting their strategies to ensure that their control remains unchallenged. Ultimately, the presence of these puppet masters serves as a reminder of the often unseen forces that govern our world, highlighting the importance of critical thinking and vigilance in the face of manipulation. Understanding their role can empower individuals to recognize the signs of influence and to seek greater transparency and accountability in the systems that govern our lives.
It's all part of their plan as cultural vandals. There was never a far right in any noticeable numbers, so they made one by creating an us and them narrative, anyone who calls out this utter bulls*** is automatically labelled far right. The prosecution will fail. They already know it will. But they will win the morel high ground and spend no money in the process. Pretty standard politics on the whole.
They are not doing the job of the Police but are putting pressure on the CPS. The Police have to abide by any CPS decisions on whether to charge/prosecute. I suppose the question arises as to whether the force used to ensure the suspected offender is incapacitated was reasonable in the circumstances, given the behaviour of the members of the public immediately before the officer's action, and because the officers can hardly put down the equipment they have to carry in their hands in order to administer sufficient and reasonable force in some other way.

@@ultrademigod A populist stunt, as usual. I read a post by a criminal barrister this morning saying the CPS really can't prosecute anyone until the IOPC investigation completes. I follow the UK cop reddit and it seems to be completely normal for crims to either not get charged or get something like a £50 fine for assaulting a cop. The courts regard getting assaulted as part of the job of a copper.
Only in the U.K. can two people be seen “allegedly” yet actually assaulting police officers and no charges. Then we have a man shouting naughty words at police getting arrested, straight into court & given just over 2 years in prison, and yet the person that threw a corrosive substance in the face of a 14 year old girl is out on bail not seen as a risk to the public. People who break the law by entering the country illegally rewarded with hotel rooms & money, yet if one of our homeless broke the law I very much doubt they would get such treatment. Then we have the piece of crap that sexually assaulted a 12 heard old girl who got 2 years suspended for 2 years. Justice in this country stinks.
Asylum seekers get put somewhere so that they're contained and they don't just disappear into the underground economy. Would you rather they were all running weed farms? The problem is that the Tories kneecapped the system that processes asylum claims (to the point that they now process half as many as they did a few years ago) to increase the backlog and then switched the housing provision to a scheme that would funnel as much taxpayer money as possible to businesses and, presumably, Tory party donors. It's a manufactured crisis.
Given the speed of prosecution and conviction of people involved in the riots, is this not a question of political interference in the judicial system, the way that those cases were fast-tracked?? There's clearly more than one tier of justice going on here...!

They’ll most likely use their right to take over the case. Google PC Headbutt. A copper head butted a member of the public for no reason and the CPS let it go. Someone started a private prosecution, the press picked it up and the CPS took the case over, in an attempt to minimise the sentence.
If you robbed a bank and on the way out you get hit by a drunk driver, you should still be charged with robbing a bank. One crime does not cancel out another.
True. They should prosecute these idiots and that police officer that kicked said idiot in the head. It could have been an easy prosecution, but this just muddied the waters. Turning an arrest into a brawl.

Starmer accelerates prosecutions against British Christians but drags his heels when it comes to charging British Muslims. Let's be honest, this is not about colour any longer, it's religion, one rule for one and one for the other.
Starmer doesn't do anything. The police and the CPS do not report to the Prime Minister, nor are the operationally responsible to the Department of Justice (i.e. the DOJ doesn't tell the CPS or the police what to do in specific cases, just to e.g. focus on knife crime or recruit more officers or whatever.) The comparison with those who were rapidly jailed for assaulting police officers is important. One of the reasons so many pled guilty was because they were told they would be held on remand if they pled not guilty. Few seem to have been expecting the harsh sentences they received and many regret their guilty pleas. Those charged with the Manchester airport assaults were released on bail and are currently at large. This is another example of our two tier legal system.
