UK cannot come after an American for using their Freedom of Speech or Expression in their own Country. We do not follow UK rules, at all. UK do not own America, nor does the King of Britain rule over North America. UK cannot tell us what to do, period.

All laws that cannot bee applied to all citizens are invalid as they are discriminatory. The government actors should be charged. My experience with law enforcement is that there are may levels of force when the law is involved. The richer you are the less force is used. The colour of your skin influences the force of the law. As witnessed daily.
The same thing happened in the early eighties with the East German Olympic team. Most of the females from a very young age were on steroids. This steroid changed hormones, and most of the women who took the steroids had severe complications. Some have passed away due to cancer, and some don't look female but look more male, as chromosomes did change due to these dangerous steroids used so East Germany could win gold at the Olympics. It is my strongest belief that some of the athletes were taking steroids then stopped a few months before the games.

You are seemingly (disingenuously?) ignoring two tier policing examples going back decades, such as the Muslim grooming gangs who were for many years given a free pass by local police, courts and politicians. Yes they have to stomp it out but that doesn't explain away the two-tier system. Why do they only behave this way towards one section of the population when they decide to protest and it turns violent? Plenty of previous events over the years we can observe this is exactly the case. The government response unfortunately is going to breed a lot more violence openly discriminating against one group.

So if the shoe were on the other foot, and a boxer who was born, raised and passported as male but is XX and were to participate in male boxing, that would in all likelihood not impend on the concept of fairness in that participant category. Going by your logic that someone's post may cause others to become problematic by assuming it will incite them in some way to do something illegal or unlawful as part of the more significant societal problems and the current zeitgeist, one can argue in the same way that when voting for a party with a particular manifesto that goes on to do things that are negative and have real negative impacts on the lives of those who did not vote, perhaps even leading to that person's child being murdered by someone that shouldn't be in the country and that government that one voted for is allowing them to lodge in the country illegally is also responsible and should be held accountable and be prosecuted, although not physically being present when that crime takes place. When one votes for a party and gets into power, that same party can then go on to implement things the voter may disagree with, realising the futility of their vote. Additionally, if one votes for a party and its manifesto and they start messing things up badly, then those that voted for that party have no right to complain; they voted for that party. I think that's going by your logic. You make it all sound very simplistic. On top of that, you have these politicians pitting people of different nationalities against one another, divide and conquer. In this way, they can keep the masses distracted and fighting among themselves while they, the globalist politicians, work their dark arts and alchemy and poison the consciousness with their lies.
As a US citizen, the very idea of "Qualified Rights" is so foreign to me it's unthinkable. The US Bill of Rights and it's amendments are absolute. There's the old saying, "Actions speak louder than words." It has a direct correlation to the 1st Amendment and Free Speech. You're free to say what you want until what you say is turned in to unlawful actions. By the way, in the US, it was held in common thought for some time that "whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government." Sadly that is not true. It's from the Declaration of Independence, which is NOT law or stated in the Bill of Rights(which is the law of the land). The Declaration was directed at King George III. A polite letter really stating the intentions of the 13 colonies. However, buried in 18 U.S. Code subsection 2385, that was formulated in 1948 and revised a few times over the decades, is a law that expressly forbids persons from creating a group of two or more for the soul purposes of "Overthrowing" the US Gov. Being found guilty of breaking that law can get you up to 20 years in prison.
