You should do small drilling (like half of 10mm drill- make half circle) on the 4 short edges and both longest edges of the mold, so Your brik will get a spacer for dillatation to fill with the sand.
replace the screws with hinges put a ratchet with a belt around the outside once the mold is filled, you just have to undo the ratchet, take the mold away, then reassemble for a new brick having to redo the screws over and over means the screw holes will eventually widen meaning the mold won't be as square meaning odd sized bricks over time a ratchet will always be tight and create equal-sized bricks for the life of the device
You need to make a large mold with 10-20 slots for the bricks. Then start filling mortar from top and use any heavy object to compress it into the mold. That way you can save time and effort. 5 bricks can be made in place of one you made in same amount of time.
Ну чего же тут хорошего? Во первых - дерево, которое от влаги разбухает. Во вторых - шурупы. Сколько раз можно ввернуть шуруп в доску? Пять? Десять? После чего отверстие будет просто не рабочее. Если для садовой дорожки потребуется более сотни плиток, придется делать несколько форм.
И правда фигня полная. На одной стороне должна быть фаска, без нее все углы раскрошатся в процессе эксплуатации, плюс непонятная смесь какая-то, по звуку сухих плиток можно понять что они очень хрупкие
