what a business model. Buy property from membership fees, maintain property by collecting annual maintenance fees, give the property to outsiders, marriages and family functions, if members cry for rooms give them free vacation voucher.
The real issue with Indian Timeshare companies is that , they are too profit oriented, and too greedy... Their motto is to make maximum profit / revenue in shortest possible time. Customers are simply their Cash cows.....
the real issue is India has a weak legal system. Companies are greedy everywhere but in developed countries they are made to pay for their wrongdoings.
What were ppl expecting ???. Foreign treatment with complete transparency in India . Here it is 'paisa khatam , khana hazam ' system. You paid , everything including food and services end then and there 😂. These customers forget basics about services in India.
I really suggest no Indian goes for these Timeshare schemes, becoz No. 1, you pay a huge amount up front. 2) You are forced to take vacation/ holidays, simply becoz you have paid for it. 3) You are at their mercy when it comes to reservations & bookings 4) You can't complain or get your money back for shoddy service if at all provided as there is no Refund option..... we have not paid ASF for last 3 years. they are now sending us messages that they will waive off one year ASF. So anyone who is paying ASF annually pays 3 years ASF and we get an option to pay for 2 years only. Total mismanagement and malpractice going on. Its turning into a fraud company.
Rule in India for customers/buyers : Paisa khatam , khana hazam. That is moment money for any service or product leaves your pocket , that service or product is over/digested . In this example if you paid for tourism services upfront, well your tourism services are over that very moment, everything else will be a joke 😂. You will be a burden for the company providing the service from that moment onwards .
Pay upfront, then keep paying ASF, and then settle for a resort where vacancy is available in a poor location. At that resort you will find many non-members who booked at a much cheaper rate with breakfast included. Get suspicious, look for more info in the Internet and RU-vid, and then realise that your original choice for resort and location is also available at MMT and other such websites for non-members. I have seen the same things happening again and again!

These people are roghues of highest order.. last year they made me pay asf for two years in one go despite my telling that its getting more than 21 days they assured please pay we will not deduct your extra days. But shockingly my days were deducted by them still Everyday they shamelessly call for adding new members. We should form a group and complain to PMO and also file case like supertech case in Supreme Court. Vivek kumar
Sir I am facing the same problem I am also a purple member and paid full and final amount of 9.5 lakhs and not got even a single holiday and now in my account 21 holidays are pending and they have cancelled 14 out of that saying that they are surplus
Kindly stop paying any amount be it monthly or annually Whenever you Want to go to any vacation pls book on any site Or even go direct at hotel reception Pls don't pay when you are not getting any actual service 8.5 lacs can get you a international trip Or a package at a Suite In Foreign brands operating in India
Please know that case of defamation cannot be filed because what is being stated is factual. Yes, Mahindra may not like what is being said but that is not a basis for defamation.
Even smaller companies like "Fala Holidays" Bangalore is duping people like this. I too have lost money because of unprofessional behaviour by the Fala company
@Pushpul.Pandey.PP007 an excellent video. The greed of Club Mahindra and their profit orientation over members has been well brought out. It is strongly advised that people who are considering to take membership, do not fall into the Club Mahindra trap. Once they have your money and make you a member, you will cease to their interest. They concentrate their efforts in accommodating non members for additional revenue at the cost of members.
It is not only Mahindra, but other Time share companies in India too... They are selling Dreams 😴💭😴💭 to the Common Man..... It's all Gas, No Air. WTFTM..... ( whatever the fuck that means)
