Whilst making this video, I discovered that filming little things is the most difficult task every filmmaker or photographer can ever come across. Taking for instance, when shooting a person, you can tell him/her, “Do this, raise your chin”, or something like that, but when it comes to nature, the case is different. These little things will always be in motion and they can move even faster when they notice you. And for better video quality and other parameters, you have to be really close, which might be dangerous in some cases. When I shot the wasps, I was scared to death but the shot was worth the risk.
I enjoyed making this video, I gained experience that at any moment I should be ready to adjust the lens and capture the moment.
The shots in this video were taken in Chiunye Village, Chimukoko, Mudzi District, Mashonaland East Province of Zimbabwe.
