My mum died of lung cancer nearly 7 years ago. I have a friend with blood cancer and a member of family who had skin cancer which has now spread, is aggressive and terminal. It’s a horrible disease x

Cancer, no matter which one, it is ain't no joke, my mom died Oct 18th, 2021 from lung cancer, and my dad followed 2 months later on Dec 20th from health issues of his own. Even though it's been a couple of years, it hurts not having my parents here to celebrate lots of things, it's not the same no more

My stepdad has Kidney cancer and it’s been going on for 6 months had surgery but just trying to hang in there and he may not live long considering how treatments go but I wasn’t specifically informed if it was catched early or late but I believe it was catched late so I know how it feels dealing with cancer

Two of my friends has cancer. One has breast cancer, I wear pink for her. I check up on her all the time. My other friend has pancreatic cancer, I wear purple for her. I talk to her every day.

I can understand that parents want to still protect and consider their grown children as underage children anyway. But, if the children are adults, treat them as such. Help them deal with issues that they may face in the future. Stop thinking about your own needs/desires. The ungrateful daughter has a right to know that her father is ill...what if she experience something similar later in her life?

Maybe parents have not spent enough time with her, but her attitude had to kick in and be ungrateful!!! So, yeah, her school friends bullied her for the lateness from parents but Emily should be grateful for the family she was born into!!! One day, her parents will pass away and she will wonder how to reflect, it might be too late!!! Time for them to tell the truth, why finance isn't pouring in!! Yikes!!!
