Tracy totally knows she looks stunning in those knee high white socks and white platform heels. Dear lord. No but what Katya is saying about getting natural sunlight is actually proven by science. Getting out in the sun during the day balances out your circadian rhythm and it makes it easier for your body to pump you full of melatonin which helps you fall asleep in the evening. That's why they recommend daily walks in the sun for people who have insomnia.

Cause I live in a state of panic and sleep isn't referencing so...why bother. My childhood trauma did me a great one. I never sleep, abd when I do it is right in the verge of waking m so...I can do antpything tired. Lol. And I can do any stimulant and it don't make me crazy for at least 2 weeks of no sleep! Luckily I gave those up years ago. 😆

@@CptBlm katya went on a peyote retreat in hopes of curing her addiction (currently innactive but a constant battle), and was surrounded by other tripsters vomiting and wailing and Going Through It, but Katya didn’t really feel anything and just kinda hung out by the fire waiting for the night to pass 😂

You can use 'mug' as an insult here in the UK too! e.g. "Oh fuck off, ya mug!" It can also be somebody gullible or easily duped. 😂

yep 'mug' for 'face' goes back at least to the early 18th c, and comes from drinking mugs being made to look like human heads (e.g Toby jugs)
