You're right, but it's not because the actor is going to smack me because the zipper breaks, it's because I now have maybe 30 seconds to sew this bish into the dress before she needs to be back onstage and then running to the green room to get scissors while shes out there to cut her out of it for her next change. For plays without a lot of changes, it's a lot of sitting backstage and playing tetris, but then for 45 entire seconds we are singlehandedly the most important part of the production as I help the actor change their dress and another dresser is changing their wig Being a dresser is fun and stuff because yay theatre but also.............. It can be so stressful, you are not wrong

@@4typesofpenguins99 it's an immersive production that retells Macbeth with a hitchcock flair. The sets are extremely elaborate and it is entirely 6 floors of pitch black. You have to wear bauta masks, there is no talking, actors are allowed to touch you, and the scenes happen through interpretive dance. From a blood orgy rave ritual to a women eating liver, spitting a ring out of her mouth and putting it on your hand it is wild.

If u find it disrespectful that’s on u, but they know the nature of their relationship and they know how to push it with each other and when to turn it up for the cameras. So it’s really not that deep, don’t get pissed off besty xx
