I love how they both turned excited kids when Nogla talking about antique war memorabilia. I would love to have one too, not because you support a certain faction, but because it's part of history of the world
I wanted to purchase an outfit that was basically a ww2 German DAK (Africa Corps) uniform because my friend cosplays as Indiana Jones and I was like "I can be a soldier for you to beat up in photos." I shut myself down quickly and said "no probably not a good idea in this day and age."
I’ve got a genuine Luftwaffe hat with the pins, also have some gas masks from around the world, one from WWI, 2 from WWII, then the rest of my collection (there’s 15, I do actually need more for my collection) are from the last few decades so a couple from Cold War era, soviet mask from the 90’s, and the rest are former standard British military and current standard British military. I absolutely love anything I can find because I find the history really fascinating, doesn’t matter which faction that history comes from. The items aren’t evil, they’re just part of interesting history from around the world, and I really do love my Luftwaffe cap that’s kept in perfect condition. I do also have stuff like RAF and British Army caps, jackets, spent shells from WWII (there’s a couple WWII bases that have remnants you can explore, Lossie and Montrose both have former shooting ranges and I’ve found some really good condition spent shells there), belts, hell I’ve an ammunitions crate from the 50’s. I just really love military memorabilia, it’s extremely fascinating. Most think I’m weird for my collection because I’m female, but I’ve never cared and the few who don’t think I’m weird have recommended fantastic sellers (online auction, small shops around the coast, larger shops) and I’ve made some lifelong friends through collecting. I know Facebook isn’t used much these days by folk but I’d recommend searching for collector groups in your area/country, found some really good people that way who can help you find items. They’re of the same belief as us, that these are collectors items regardless of faction.
i looove the nazi's uniforms. they were soo cool looking. if i could get a full nazi uniform, a genuine one, id buy it. just gotta take off the nazi symbols then it can be wearable lol
Brian is definitely a great guy, him being an absolute troll in games always brings joy to people and I appreciate the guy. Nogla is the kind of guy to step up and help his friends when in need and isn't afraid to do so. Love both of you guys and I hope you have a fantastic rest of the year.
My family's service pup was the reject from his generation for being to docile. His breeder/trainer has reared countless L.E.O. doggos. She admitted she had never seen such a soft soul. He was my momma's protector but was my friend for over 12 years. I helped pick him out. I helped train him. He was 100% papered Saddleback German Shepherd. He was unbelievably kind. He was the best of the boys... R.I.P. Takata. You were the best... I hope to see you again boy...
Hey Nogla and Terroriser, I just wanted to take the time to thank you guys for everything. You guys are helping me get through a tough time with my dad's cancer coming back and him being told he has at least ten years left to live. You guys distract me from the real world and allow me to escape for a while, but also learn to accept reality for what it is. Keep up the great content, and no matter what I will support you through thick and thin. Much love.
Even though we don't know each other and I'm just a stranger on the internet I hope your father has lived a happy life and I'm sure you are proud of him and to be his child 😊👍 have a good day friend
Nogla and Brian talking about the war memorabilia just reminds me of all the stories I got told once I was considered “old enough”. I learned that one of my grandfathers was part of the American group that helped get supplies to people on the other side of the Berlin Wall, even stole a flag from the other side. My other grandfather survived the concentration camps and made it to the U.S. in the late 50’s/early 60’s, still has photos and his transfer papers.
I'll say for that first clip, as someone who works for an animal shelter it always pisses me off when some abandons an animal like that , it shows how heartless some people have become
I also work in an animal shelter and the thought of these wonderful animals just being “dropped off” like trash is infuriating and heartbreaking at the same time. Hell, I had a woman who adopted a cat and then returned the next day saying she didn’t want the cat anymore and dumped them in my arms. The poor cat was trembling and shaking in my arms while clinging to my shoulder.
I volunteered at an animal shelter my senior year of high school. It was always hard whenever they would take in animals that were previously abandoned, abused, or neglected. I remember working with a dog who was so terrified of people that every time someone came up to his kennel that he would cower in the back corner. I eventually got him to come to me buy giving him treats while I sat in front of the kennel with my back turned. It took a month for me to be able to actually pet him. He was eventually taken by another shelter and was eventually adopted. It broke my heart when he left because I was seriously thinking about adopting him. I hope he’s happy with his new family.
@@Nikkinewt I hope he is too, but also you were the first person he built trust with again on his road to recovery and eventually being adopted :) they never forget kindness
I've had a couple dogs in my life, the first was with me from about 5 to 19, the other is my parents dog but we're neighbors, I've seen him practically every day for the last 3 years. I have a daughter now and I want her to experience having a dog in her life, but I'm terrified for the day we'd lose them because my younger brother broke down when we lost our first dog. The only thing that's moving me towards it is the show Bluey, my daughter loves the dogs and the whole show, seeing her light up with the show and other dogs makes me want to let her have that joy, even though I know it'll break her heart later.
Since Nogla hasn't watched Rush Hour yet, I have a wonderful idea. Let's find out if he, Brian and all of us can watch the first Rush Hour movie as a watch party. Like how Amazon let's you do watch parties through Twitch, for example.
Love your guys work! Im a history student about to graduate this May. Ive been a fan since 2014, I’m also a collector of historical firearms so if ever were able to make it to Kansas I would be happy to supply some entertainment and content lol
If Nogla does get Brine some stuff at that antique shop and Brine makes a video about it on his channel (probably around Christmas), it will most likely surpass Brine's most viewed video. 😂😂😂
Dude that ending got me so excited, rolling laughung like why is terroriser mind set the same as mine ! It’s History! I love to show you the Stamps I picked up from a similar fair in Ca. USA 😂
bro that service dog one made me cry. After the loss of my beloved german shepherd service dog Siren back in october, this triggered so many fond memories of her. She was a retired police K-9 so I had the tremendous honor of taking her home. She was always by my side everyday and wouldnt leave me alone. R.I.P. Siren "Woop Woop" Peters.
The dog video hit hard for me since recently I lost my dog due to medical issues, she was a German Shepherd, and she was great dog, and I still get upset knowing I won't see her when I come home from work. It also upset my mom who recently retired, since she wanted to spend more time with her as well.
I volunteered with an organization that was called "K-9 battle buddies". It was an organization that taught about service dog training and would train service dogs for our local vets. I was the first junior trainer and i was in charge of training a young energetic pup for an old vet who needed a cane to walk. Sweet old man. If the dog stayed under my training he would've been a very very well behaved boy. Only had about 5 monthly meet ups and he was already getting the hang of certain commands. Sadly, even though the organization had the right idea and had good intent......the organization really went to shit. They allowed a pedo into the group who ended up grooming one of the other junior trainers. The leader was caught embezzling, their training methods really down graded and honestly got kinda abusive and dangerous. They'd use these "pulling trainers" which were like a collar-like material that went around the dog's snout and would pull the dog's head to the side if it tried to pull on the leash. These *sound* good in theory but are really not good at all. It'd be less dangerous, more effective, and far less stressful to just use a prong or E-collar on the dog. Using those things in hot weather can and have restricted dog's breathing. Not to mention, if you were to give the dog a pop on the leash as a correction while having them on it can hurt the dog's neck. The amount of dog's i saw struggling to breath and showing signs of high amounts of stress was pretty unbearable. The list of illegal and morally/socially unacceptable things that organization would do really does go on and on. However, my comment is already very long so I'll spare ya. Just wanted to talk about this because brine talking about the service dog charities reminded me of this.
at 13:20 can someone explain cuz at first I thought it was the music but Brian asked Nogla if he didn't see it and last I checked you don't see music so I need help
the genuine excitement brain had about nazi history memorabilia. wouldn't suprise me if nogla still gets them matching pins for brians birthday one year and just doesnt tell aliyah.
VDSO in Michigan. Been helping vets for a while. My 2 buddies got there dogs through them. I will be getting my next one there as well. Really cool people.
I actually lost my service dogs a few weeks ago. He helped me open up as someone with adhd, he was way more than just a dog to me, he was my brother. The moment I realized how bad he was getting was the night I didn’t sleep, all I did was cry because I knew the next day I needed to take him to get put down. I had him for 13 years and even now I occasionally cry if I think about him. Terrorizer, thank you for saying what you said it meant a lot to me brother.
I hope we get a vlog of you both buying dumb shit at an antique fair, either trying to buy each other things with a set budget, or buying yourself something ridiculous and seeing who got the wildest item.
