Never going to defend sex offenders. But, this woman is asserting the guilt by association standard. If that were the case, virtually everyone on the planet would be guilty of something. The fact I know a few former addicts doesn't make me an addict. The reality that a sex offender lives in the neighborhood doesn't mean everyone else in the neighborhood is also a sex offender. Just because I have a lead-foot when driving doesn't mean everyone else in my family drives that way. I detest people who spit out constant streams of accusations but then cannot present any actual evidence to support them. And I especially detest those that deliberately waste the time of law enforcement with unfounded accusations. She is using law enforcement in an effort to force her desires regarding parenting. Any doubt in my mind was erased as soon as she started threatening the judge.
I love how she tries to *intimidate* the judge by saying "a false ex-parte order to get custody is criminal and criminal complaints on the judge who violates the law can be placed" - *completely ignorant* of the fact that his order is *not* a "false ex-parte" order, as both parties are present!
For a father to get full custody usually the woman's life has to be completely in shambles or is a literal monster in human skin. And even if she isn't a monster and just has some mental issues or drug abuse they'll usually give her like 3 to 5 chances at improving before they take 50 50 off the table
I would have had no problem transferring custody to the dad and order her to have a psych evaluation before any restoration of parenting time. I'd also only give her professionally supervised visitation, with one caveat. If the professional supervisor reports any similar behavior, those visits would also be terminated. She is so extremely unstable that I fear she will harm the child rather than allow dad time.
@@jackchop1576 In general, yes. But every child also deserves a father. And, every child deserves parents who are sane and rational. This mother is anything but sane or rational. She is spitting out words in the hopes of prohibiting the father from having any time with the kiddo. She cannot even allow anyone else to speak while she continues to spit out more and more delusions.
It never gets addressed enough. Parties know that the judge has the power to make substantial changes to any parenting plan. So, I would think people would be on their best behavior. Being so unhinged really should become part of the court's actions. If she acts this way in front of the person she knows will make the decision, what is she like when the camera isn't on? Attitude and behavior in court should be considered by the judges. She cannot act like an adult in a serious hearing, so there is no reason to believe she can act like an adult outside the hearing.
I wish judges would hold more people in contempt for talking over the judge or someone else. It’s one thing to indicate you want to speak. It’s another to talk and intentionally continue to talk over everyone else.
This is one of the worst elements of zoom hearings. There is no way that behavior would be tolerated if everyone was present in the physical courtroom.
YEP! And even if she does, it is only a matter of time before she again acts unilaterally. She has no regard for the legal process and is just going to continue her incendiary actions. At some point, dad will need to pursue defamation of character claims as this woman is never going to stop.

JHC…SMFH. These hearings need to be in person. We’ve seen how people act from behind a screen. U know damn well she didn’t give that kid back. Also, any woman who names their kid essence has to be emotionally unbalanced. What a stupid name. Poor kid is going to be picked on for the next 20 years.
You can pretty much tell something is BullS…t when a female only brings up the negative issues after she left a situation and most likely didn’t get her way! They want to punish the other parent and use their child to do it! My mother never said anything about Se..Al abuse but she threatened my dad whenever he didn’t do what she said with making sure he wasn’t going to let him see me! Even going as far as to moving with her new husband over 6 hours one way knowing dad wouldn’t be able to come get me except in the summer and only for 2 weeks! When I moved back at 12 years old i ran off and moved in with him! Pathetic and every female that does this should go to jail!
Unhinged? That is the understatement of the decade. Judge should have ordered an immediate psych eval. I would have transferred custody to the dad until the psych eval and drug testing was complete. It is worth noting, she first said she left the home due to domestic violence. But then later she left because the home wasn't habitable. So which is it honey? The other thing I would have hit her with.... CONTEMPT! Frankly, the judge was not in control of his courtroom. She was talking over everyone with her unhinged rants. I always want to ask one question. If you were not prepared to be parents together, why did you do the deed? Our courts shouldn't be clogged with all this bullsh*t. As such, I absolutely support courts being EXTREMELY heavy handed with these cases. We have zero--tolerance policies in many aspects of life. The courts should have zero tolerance with parenting plans. As soon as a party acts unilaterally, they better damn well have the evidence to support their claims. Otherwise, it should be grounds for terminating the plan and transfer custody to the other parent. Taxpayers shouldn't be supporting this obvious fraud on the courts or supporting the psychotic behavior of this so-called mom.
At some point, she can be arrested for making false statements to law enforcement. She also needs therapy.....badly......and probably needs addiction treatment, but I'm not positive she is using. I think she is just crazy......
This definitely looks like a sugar daddy situation that created a child. This mom sounds super unstable & dad takes her bk to keep an eye on there child but then she takes off. She wants control and thinks she can use every allegation in the book but after so many unfounded she will never be taken seriously. I have a feeling she didn’t hand the kid over to dad after court, only putting her in jail will get her attention. She’s not getting it
Mom sounds highly irrational and unlikely to follow the judge’s orders. And dad should’ve known better than to have relations with a woman who looks to be at least thirty years his junior without always using protection or firstly getting the snip to ensure there’d be no accidental pregnancies. It’s obviously too late now, so I just hope he’s prepared to fight for full custody of his young child because mom won’t be in the right headspace to parent if things don’t go her way and she will relapse. From my phone screen it looked like mom was wearing Invisalign clear aligners but I soon realized that her teeth are just that severely damaged. If she has meth mouth then that would’ve been another reason for this elderly gentleman not to dip his wick in crazy. He’s going to spend the rest of his life duking it out with her in and out of the courts.

There should be criminal charges filed against her for filing false police reports. She is using LEO as a weapon without any regard for the actual truth. She has zero credibility due to the way she is asserting her "claims."
The fathers age shouldn’t make a difference if he’s a good father it doesn’t matter what age they are. This woman is seven cylinders short on an eight cylinder motor they were really should’ve put her in contempt regardless she’s ridiculous she probably just picked him because it would’ve been a bigger payout when it comes to child support. I think if the father doesn’t get the child, I think the daughter of this woman should get the child. This woman is seriously incapacitated mentally to have a child in her care.
Funny how she has a copy of that in her hands but not the father. Yes this permit for use. It is for rental property. Again there is no proof of anything. Again no actual proof of any of her claims.
Now I gotta check on Wednesday to see the next chapter. I'm betting she never turned over the child and was just as annoying ly abusive to the referee as she was in court.

Exactly!!! Just because it’s someone’s truth, doesn’t mean it’s THE truth. I can feel with all my heart and soul and believe with all of my might, that I am J Edgar Hoover, but that won’t get me the keys to the FBI. 😅
Miss johnson has quite a few problems. None seem to actually include mr kind. I do hope the stuff she said about the son is actionable with a lawsuit. If shes busy trying to earn enough to pay off a huge settlement, maybe mr kind and his daughter will get a bit of peace from this banshee. 🙏🙏🙏
