Hello there!
The challenge here is attempting to create a sweet lolita coord with cheap materials. Because this substyle is not accessible to everyone due to there prices, I want here to show an alternative solution and encourage people in there wish to go full OTT. This is more of a WIP than a tutorial, sorry for the quality, I film everything with my phone ^^'
