BCT8 tapped connected via iMic to Laptop using DSDplus + DSD 1.7 . The video is kinda quiet towards the end while searching for LIVE voice signals. It was finding many ALL DATA signals ranging from DSR to NXDN . Also scanned LAPD just fine and some of the weaker signals are far from the San Fernando valley that only come in with an outdoor antenna . Enjoy.

i think he is using the imic hook from the headphone port to the in on the imic

IC marked with 3359 and the unfiltered discriminator output is on pin # 10

how can you setup it all up to use dsdplus

Download DSDPLUS , install on Windows 7/10. Set up the sound settings input. Make sure the audio cable in connected from Scanner's Discriminator output to the MIC input of your PC/LAPTOP. Execute DSDPLUS and tune into an actual DMR / NXDN / P25 etc and you are good to go. As for my setup in the video I did the following: Uniden BCT8's Discriminator tap output ------> iMic input -------> Laptop via USB. Input Sound settings to iMic.
