Workout 177. Unilateral Upper Body Strength w Dumbbells: One Side Workout w Weights Arms Chest Back & Shoulders. This functional muscle training exercises uses a set of Dumbbells 🏋️‍♀️(or kettlebell or even water bottles!) to work each side of the body independently. This will help to correct muscle and strength imbalances in the body! Be sure to give this video a thumbs up and let me know in the comments what your favourite unilateral move is! 💛

Thanks you so much for all of these great classes! I'd love to see some longer ones as it takes the guess work out of choosing two different ones. There's always a chance that I wont put the second one on so the longer classes are much better.

I loved the pullovers -- my absolute favorite upper body move on the mat. I'm glad I don't have to give them up because of osteoporosis...

I really enjoy doing pullovers as well. It's a great exercises for the shoulders, triceps and if you engage the core the abdominals are working hard as well...all without compromising the spine!

loved the whole thing! I just lifted and pushed with my son's help his dresser and bureaus with drawers in loaded (not a good idea),but did, now off to do your new yoga. chest press and over head I enjoyed.

I loved starting out my week with you and that this was over 30 minutes with a warm up and cool down. My favorite move was the chest press to triceps on the ground. I am not a fan of cardio with my feet so my vote would be lower and upper body unilateral the same length as this was warm up and cool down. I don't lift heavy or drive anymore so my husband buys the kitty litter. Funny story my sister in law gave us a huge turkey and he got his workout carrying it in the house and cooking it. Now to do laundry and figure out how to get an old cat pee stain out of the carpet.

Haha...that Turkey story is funny! It's interesting how our bodies can sneak in little ways to challenge us :) It sounds like 30 minute workouts are a good fit for you?! I am thinking of making many more videos in the 30 minute range! Well done completing this one 😃

Thank you! I have a kayak as well and even though it is rated as a lightweight model it's still heavy enough...so I understand exactly what you mean 😆
