I found you through August and now I’m hooked. I have a 3 year old and 1 year old that sleep terribly and we cosleep and this video helps me fall back asleep after their numerous wake ups.

I live close to an airport & thought that I had learned to tune out the airplane noises after all these years, but it turns out that's not the case... I used this video as asmr to help me relax before sleep. I like to turn my volume up in order to hear the "crackles" of the oils, but pretty much any time i did that, another plane flew by. 😬 If it weren't for the continuous airplane noises, this video would have been close to perfect... Maybe I was the only one, but I also understand there isn't much you can do to control the airplane noise.🫤
Yes, my clinic is in a village so we get standard village sounds like sheep baaing, overhead light aircraft & some garden machinery. But fortunately no road noise or outside voices ☺️

I was watching the preview, and you two were talking to each other for a bit. It occurred to me that it would be really cool if you just had two ASMR artists talking all ASMRy to each other. But trying to out relax each other. 😉
Big fan of aromatherapy, but have zéro training, just the hit or miss method and have my favorites. Is there a way to do the " hold test" by yourself ?? Pettigrain, bergamot, cyprès, tangerine, grapefruit, carotte, japanese basil ( shiso), sandalwood, myrrh, i adore. Rose, géranium, lavender, mint, patchouli, not so much. All that said, i would love to do the test. Maybe the ones i like, not suitable for me and vice versa ?? Thank you.
Great idea. Yes. Find a strong indicator test muscle, then use the muscle to test oils held against your body by the other hand. Perhaps try the little finger and thumb test. It’s the easiest one to use and detect. You’ll need someone to do the tests for you. Let me know how it goes, you may be surprised.
When I’m treating, it depends if the head feels ‘hot’ (inflamed, angry) or ‘frozen’ (static, numbing). For hot heads I’d suggest the mints like cornmint, spearmint, peppermint or cooling cypress, ravansara, pine or eucalyptus. For cold heads how about warming black pepper, rosemary or clove bud.
