What 'new' scheme? All that was shown was the removal of some masking paper from the side, nothing to see. If you want to show something then take it outside and fly a drone around it and show the whole scheme of the loco. From the video I can't tell what model of power it is, or if the reporting marks are UP or UPY.

God, I am happy to see them do something. I live in Portland and the locomotives are faded and filthy. Looks like they haven't seen a wash rack or been painted in years
