I grew up splitting time between Scotland and Canada...I love how the snow makes a place look, but the cleanup and melting is such a mess. In NYC, you know that well too. I do think it can definitely make a place look beautiful. Right now, it is doing that, but I dread the melt.

Snow started on Sunday and we got some more today. Although, talking to a friend of mine in Brighton yesterday, he was complaining about the cold. He's Canadian, but 30 years in England changed him...
One thing I can't understand is how airports in general aren't prepared for conditions when even the dinkiest ones in northern Europe and Canada are... Glad you made it fine, albeit late.
Definitely not fake. Snow will be here a bit longer still. Has snowed on and off since Sunday and going to continue for another day or two. Temperature will hover around zero until at least Friday
@@AndreaRossini-le5mx it will be around as long as it stays cold enough. Weather forecasts are usually only a 50/50 proposition anyway. I used to do forecasts ..
