I am 73 years old and have seven raised beds on the side of my yard for vegetables. I love your videos about raised gardens because it shows that other people are doing what I’m doing. Thank you so much
Hi Allan, such a bumper video! You have covered so many aspects, raised beds are such an asset for the gardener, young or old! To have focal points/structures is most rewarding. It gives time to dream away to past History. Stone and metal lasts for quite some time, but the butterfly chair was amazing. Sitting there gave the impression, "you have arrived" it was a fun thought. The German garden is absolutely stunning. Very manicured and planned, it's a winner. We have much to work on, so until next time, keep well and thanks for sharing. A sure inspiration to us all.
Great informative video. So much information. I really appreciate how to construct a container and how to treat pests, powdery mildew, black spot in the garden
I really enjoyed this informative melange of garden topics. I saw a delicious herb I have used many times in my Italian dished - the Variegated Cuban Oregano. It’s very flavorful. Need to get some this spring 😊
P. Allen Smith, sir I have been watching you probably for 20 yrs or so. I watched one of your first appearances on pbs and fell into botanical love with you. I just bought a new house in the city, zone 6a it has a very nice old pine tree on the northeast corner in the front yard. I know that pines, cedar and walnuts all produce tannins more so than other species and was wondering what would work well planted around these tree.
