I love this plot but I love dogs too so I’d blend in and build in the deepest part of track and yes create a boundary that’s used on motorways to dampen the cars which are far worse than the dog hotel lol 😂 great place if you can think outside the box 📦

Originally called a Platelayers Hut or in today’s language a welfare unit…very interesting little historical building of great interest to many.

Barking dogs and a 60Mph road next door, the perfect place for a campsite, I love optimistic people but Jesus 😂😂

Hi Donkeykong7777 Do you have any noise reduction ideas? Maybe something like the screens fitted alongside motorways next to housing estates...?? I guess the main takeaway from the video is that the noise needs to be addressed and if this was possible then this would be a prime piece of land, in a very popular area for potentially an incredibly low cost.... It has some really great aspects so we think it's well worth thinking about..

How about the countries first campsite for the acutely deaf? 😆 but seriously, it is a lot of land and although i'm no noise reduction expert I would imagine anything that would have any worthwhile effect would end up being so large it would look horrendous. Maybe it could be placed on the other side of the trees depending upon the exact boundary. Cost would also play a factor, is there permission to build a house? How much would someone want to plow into getting it nice compared to buying a piece of land in a much quieter location? Maybe it could be turned into a lay-by with a nice little cafe, overnight parking, shower block etc etc. I'm sure a little bit of imagination could turn it into something profitable. I'm also looking to buy a property abroad to hopefully live in full time,Portugal, France and Italy being top of the list, yet since Brexit and that damned 90 days law it's all become rather complicated, so keep cranking the videos out 👍 Rob@@havehomesteadwilltravel
