How much is this really going to cost per unit? And for a family of 4 is 350 sq feet enough? Doesn’t this need to be doubled? And why give it away free, these are future owners, don’t they have to have some skin in the game? Ok give it free but recover 50% in case the unit is sold. How about dividing the project into 10 zones with independent developers with a strong controller or commission with authority to ensure timely completion, quality, and no corruption. Someone like the person who developed the Konkan railways.
