I'm pregnant with my first child too, probably about week 5 🥰 I have a strong feeling that I'm having a boy, I had a dream of a small boy walking in front of me and then he turned around and said "mommy" to me. I know an Esperanza here in Spain, she goes by Espe, pronounced with regular Spanish sounding Es, so "ehspeh". Don't know how to write it phonetically in English lol.

I actually love love love Eleanor!! Since your Puertorriqueño how does Eleanor flow in the Spanish speaking community. My last name is a very Mexican last name and I feel Eleanor won’t go over well. 😩 Please tell me that Eleanor goes over well in you family! My in laws are very Mexican and I don’t want my child to be glared at for having an “American” sounding name.
