Hello, hi,💖 can you do some Critical Care Dosage Calculation? I have become confuse about where do I start first. Here is just an example of what I'm confused about: Nitromicide 4mcg/kg/min via continuous IV for a female patient weighing 138lb. Available 100mg in 250 D10W. At What IV rate should you set the IV pump (mcg/kg/min)? I know there is a lot of conversion here and there are different ways to do it but can it be done in ratio and proportion? Thank you John 14:6
