සහෝ , ඔයාගේ වීඩියෝ ටික ගොඩක් හොදයී, මට පොඩි ප්‍රශ්න කිහිපයක් තියනවා. 1. අපී ගන්න ඒකක වලට ලැබෙන earning වලට unites re-purchase කරන්න විදියක් නැද්ද ?? Withdraw නොකර. 2. අනිත් එක තමා UTSL වැඩ කරන්නේ නෑනේ දැන්, ඉතින් අපිට ක්‍රමයක් නැද්ද පරණ ඩේටා බලා ගන්න ?? 3. ඔයාට බැරිද CAL ලගේ තියන ඔක්කොම ඒකක ගැන විස්තරයක් සහිතව කරන්න , ලොකූ උදව්වක්

1) MM unit fund ekak nam dividend kiyala deyak nethi nisa oyage earnings unit price ekema reflect wenawa, e nisa unit repurchase karanna kiyala deyak ne. Oya gawa tiyenne equity linked unit fund ekak nam eke annually dividend denawa, e dividend oyata units walama reinvest karanna kiyala advice karanna puluwan. @@investorthink බොස් තැන්ක්ස් , හිත්න්නකෝ income fund එකක අපි invest කරනවා කියලා, ඒකෙන් Rs 1,000 ක return එකක් ලැබෙනවා, ඉතින් අපිට මේ රු 1000 නිකන් account එකේ තියාගන්නවා වෙනවට බැරිද ඕකෙන් තවත් unit ටිකක් ගන්න එතකොට අපිට unit වැඩි වෙනවා කියන්නේ earning වැඩි වෙනවානේ, අනික මට පොඩ්ඩක් කියන්න Cal ලගේ තියන equity funds මොනවාද කියලා ප්ලීස්

Hi brother, I just want to why performance report not yet update in the Association of unit trust web site? Because before Jan20 every month they have posted performance report But after Jan’20 I did not find performance report monthly wise, Do you know why ?

If you buy online then you have the online account, there you can see the daily movement of unit prices. Further some unit trust member companies publish unit prices on their web site, eg First Capital. Or you can visit utsal.com and download the overall report, but they have not uploaded reports to the site from January. So go for first 2 options I mentioned as above

Can unit price of an income fund decrease over the time, if so can it drop below the price we purchased, causing a loss?

MM find cannot decline but equity and growth funds can decline as they have invested part/full in stock market

Can we obtain a unit price report over the time from our fund manager or unit trust association..

Unit prices for Your fund will be available with your fund manager, make a request they will give. However not sure about association
