Let's explain some facts: 1: Yeah, the CTSFO arent part of UKSF (It's writen in the description). They're the CTU of the Police. "So MHS why you put they there?". Cause they still Special Operations, are very high level officers and deserve recognition and being knowed, but they still very low in footage for an own video, that's why they are here. 2: No, the Blue Dauphins in the video aren't from police, they are from the Army, part of the JSFAW. These birds are the main ride of SAS boys in homeland during trainings and real operations. All operators fast-roping from them are SAS. 3: No, the Balaclava guy with jeans, isn't from SEAL Team 3 or even american, his is from the 22nd SAS Regiment, and he was even identify by the UKSF as a Sergeant Major from the Regiment, he was awarded with Conspicuous Gallantry Cross for his actions at Kenya.
Js mate I'm british army 1 mercian n half of these clips probs ain't even 22 or SBS. With ctsfo they ain't no where near on the level of 22 n tbh us line infantry clear buildings as fast if not quicker than ctsfo
I recently met a guy from the same squadron as the guy who cleared the hostage situation in Africa. Said the media actually got it right when they reported the incident
boomer 123 The fact that you disrespect people who serve is outrageous for someone who’s suppose to be in Her Majesty’s service. It doesn’t matter if CTSFO isn’t classed as UKSF, they’re highly trained officers who risk their lives conducting specialist police operations. The infantry aren’t used for the role because despite your “fast clearing” claims these officers are trained in 101 different things that infantry aren’t.
Rivalry between you two changes maps of half of globe, anyway love for both of you one is epitome of ideas and liberty , revolution and another is torchbearer of modern civilisation, love for both of you from India.🇮🇳😍
The first classed to be modern special forces was the brits which is why every other special forces is said to be heavily influenced by the SAS and SBS. the first special combat group isn’t. E,g, 5he sturmtroopen (my German is terrible)
@evergreenpenguin yep your right, but he was off duty just shopping at the time it all kicked off, thats why he was first to do anything, still got the job done though, just wish he had a better balaclava.👍👍
dont forget the special forces ancestors, japanese ninja, vikings bazerker, roman special legion unit The Batavi and many more if you do the research, the hardest bastards of their time who used tactics that are still in use by special forces today.
So true only if my grandfather could see them now because he was in the SAS during WW2 then he went to the paras he was the man who encouraged me to join the RAF. We will remember them.
Lotsa love from your great great great great great grandfathers. Nice to see a u.s person not up their own arse on how they are better than everyone else.
r6 one love mate you have our respect SAS and the soviet specials are both the world's strongest we haven't lost a war with out taking there heads first mate.
That SAS fella in Kenya, was only there for training then it kicked off. Kenyan "Islamic extremists have taken hostages" SAS trooper "Hold my tea" Bet he had to declare his massive balls when he returned through customs.
Oaks79 Sorry to burst your bubble, but it turns out that he rocked up late and was mainly there for a photo op. Most of the footage that came from that incident was staged. Makes a great moto video though
US marine . I’m so impressed of the UK military in general . I would love to train with these bad asses💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 . From the United States of America 🇺🇸
As an Englishman whos aspiring to become a royal marine I spend a lot of my time watching and observing how British special forces operate and they require so much determination and a god like level of focus and what inspires me the most is not about the money or feeling like being like your in a Hollywood film these brave people do it to get the job done and I think they deserve a lot more respect and recognition then they do because our great nation would crumble without these guys 🇬🇧Britains best = worlds best 🌍
This type of stuff also gets better that they only really become known in general due to the Iranian siege. Unlike the Americans that seems to frequently say what their specials forces has done (making a few people think they are the grandfathers of special forces) the u.k cares little and just gets the job done. God save the armed forces
Had the honour of taking part in a terrorist exercise with these men 100 days before the 2012 olympics. Lets just say I'm so glad these men are on our side, crazy bastards.
Chris ryan. He was doing shopping while on holiday, heard gunshots, grabbed his shit out the car. and ran toward the gunshots. He is my inspiration to be special forces.
Alexander Judd Why bring the USA into this? And yes, we can protect our own, no one has even attempted to invade our land because of our strength. We win all of our wars. The only exception is Vietnam because the public wanted us to pull out. Don’t talk down to the USA, all the respect to these guys but we build them tough too buddy.
@@bradmoore1901 actually you guys pulled out of vietnam because of politics actually and you have lost more than one war how about the iraq war how about Afghanistan how about isis how about Somalia
MotoCross!!!!! Yes obviously politics dude, in case you forgot what america was about, “The People” are the government, technically we don’t have control but when the people want something they get it, like how they wanted troops pulled out. and we aren’t losing any of this wars lmao??
Much respect from Kenya, the lone Sas operator was heroic during the dusit riverside attack. He saved many lives before the arrival of the elite 30sf troopers
just Like the Nepalese Gurkhas during ww2 if someone needs help they shall fulfill it no matter the differences. Hope the fami,ya that was involved is ok though
We also have a Royal Navy S.F. the SBS special boat service which was founded almost around the same time as their army counterparts both units are open to all branches of H.M. forces but traditionally Royal marines apply for the SBS and members of the parachute regiment for the SAS .
Nope, there have been historical examples of specialized units trained in covert operations, e.g. Deep reconnaissance, espionage, raids etc... Dating back to Ancient Greece, Rome, Japan, Indonesia
@@ib3scope British S.F. have been a template for all modern covert units. Long range desert group (LRDG ) Special Air Service (SAS) Special Boat Service (SBS) Since ww2 these units have set the standard for all speclizied units around the world.
@@ib3scope each 4 man SAS team are specialised in all those tactics...every one of them and in addition each man has a more advance specialised type than the other 3. The thinking man's soldier. They are out there on their own, without tangible/current orders.
Lots of love from Germany ! I’m half English myself, every male on the English side of my family fought in different wars ( my Dad in the Falklands, Grandad in WW2, his Dad in WW1 etc). I wanted to join the Royal Marines back in 2016 but my brother died and I stayed with my family here in Germany. Felt a bit guilty for breaking this family tradition. Now I’m a Paramedic here in Germany. Don’t know if anyone cares, just felt like sharing it haha
I Lived in Scotland next to a base that held sbs and when one swims over the loch to a pub for a packet of cigarettes and a pint for fun on his own , well I'm glad hes on our side .
@Drop Short105 In fact the french fought bravely during WW2, it's just the french Government that was overflowing and the americans that create us a bad reputation after we refuse to participate Irak war. The UK and France are (the) two powerful european military countries and shares a lot in common, and I hope Brexit will not change that. Personally UK is my favorite country (after France ^^)
@@captaintroptop9119 hey I respect that and in fact France is my favourite country after the UK but if you don't like the Americans for the way the present your country, you should use the proper English spelling like colour, favourite, etc.
@@Stefan-iq6lv not being sarcastic at all, I really didn't know that motto came from Serbia. I was just shocked, cus I was only used to know that the motto "who dares wins" came from the British SAS.
@@adamgriffin8197 Those islands are the result of Imperialism/Colonialism. Sugarcoat it and justify it all you want with your biased opinions in favour to the Empire.. but Im clearly stating facts, and facts don't care about your feelings. A small group of Islands nearly 8000 miles away have legitimately nothing to do with England, and the only reason we own them, is because of a strategic manoeuvre to place inhabitants on there to claim them in the 1700's AFTER the French settled first. The Spanish kicked us off and we later reclaimed them to only then find that the islands are sitting on a bed of oil. Funny that.. seems all to familiar.
Christian Craighead aka Obi-Wan Nairobi what he done that day was legendary, a true warrior. "People sleep peaceably in their beds at night because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf."
a good mate of mine knows someone in the special forces i met him in a pub for a pint one day and he introduced me to the guy not what you would expect from an elite operative small bloke wearing a disney tshirt and scruffy hair and beard but i knew from shaking his hand that he could kill me with one move so i definitely felt safe in there with him if anyone was looking to start a fight with me and my mate it was an absolute honour to make his aquaintance and hear about his stories....hardest people on the planet.
K9 1 oh yeh definitely but I mean some are big fuck off guys that could crush ur head with a bicep and others were smaller than me. Still wouldn’t go up against em😂😂
@@SalahEddineAyubi they literally perform the same kind of operations, both are tier 1 units. They even do operations together, they have the latest gear... Just because you don't hear it in the media doesn't mean that those operations don't happen. Also, the training itself is actually based on SAS training.
Watching these wonderful totally professional SAS soldiers makes me even more proud of my country, love great Britain . How proud i feel reading the lovely respectful coments from around the world, A big thank you to those involved. Also those helicopter pilots are on another level, absolutely fantastic flight control amazing to watch. Love to all our loyal allies around the world, Happy new year you all from England
@soflo23 Knew you were a comedian. As a civ can't help but acknowledge all the botched US ops in the war on terror compared to a pretty clean record by us Brits. At the end of the day they're all Warfighters. but the quality of our UK lads is just off the chain.
@soflo23 And there's the bite. I think you need to consider the massive systematic issues in the US SOF. I don't know what you're talking about in terms of UK botched jobs, and the fact US choose their own units in Iraq is nothing but favouritism
The lone SAS operator who ran in through hell and highwater. Mind you while off-duty. An absolute hero him, and an inspiration to all. Sadly due to medical issues I will never be able to join your ranks, but from home I will salute you absolute units.
The best UKSF/CTSFO video on the internet! Honestly, this is the only one that has ever done the legendary regiments/groups any justice. I know its especially hard with the secrecy of UKSF. Cheers for this mate
I always remember my dad telling me he worked night shift in Edinburgh airport 1974 lights went off on runway planes landed sas training in Edinburgh they where there for we bit then next min they where away
God damn when i was in the army whenever on a patrol during an exercise (Not in actual force) i would just WISH i had this type of music playing haha. Would have gotten so pumped.
Today the British Press anounced that the strength of the British Military has reduced for the 9th consecutive year. The UK government needs to step up and increase military spending or we will not be ready when we are needed.
a rare British weeabo Never surrender huh? Now that you’ve made a movie about Dunkirk, maybe you should make another about Singapore, or something more modern? How about Basra or Helmand? Or any of the other humiliating british failures and surrenders throughout history.
Soflo23 the navy seals were based of our special boat service which you have to pass special air service training and add more training to be in the special boat service not going to lie the navy seals are a mean force and up there but the SAS and SBS we never be topped. I’m not sure but the MI6 recruit from the SAS and SBS the best of the best.
And delta is good as well but never compare them to the SAS or SBS our Special forces are on another level to them like I said the best of the best we may be a smaller country but we have the best military and Special forces
If only they decided to not use our equipment first, make their own and we could learn from them (e.g us making chobum armour but the u.s using it first)
