This country isn't perfect but I love it and I'm willing to fight for it. Not because it's my home. But because what it has endured. Yeah we have racism problems, yes we have gun problems, yes our government has some corruption in it but what country doesn't. I'm a sole believer that a country isn't defined by it's government, it's defined by it's people. This country have issues but we break through it. If you are willing to judge a country by it's government and negatives than you are no better than the corruption in the government

And American communist take over was started by the soviet unit long ago not from china. so yes sad we have fallen to madness but like all cultural revolutions and civil wars the empire will emerge stronger then before. Perhaps with no more republic this time and that's the fear you should have. No republic means no freedom which means the military is the only chance you will get at freedom.

Don't know how far back you have to go to actually get to the truth, but I would bet that the more diaries of people and autobiographies you can get your hands on, the better.

I remember of an old documentary from my country (France) about the US civil war (that we often call the war of scessecion in France) where the narrator said "Americans see themself as the freeiest and happiest people in the world...and they are most likely right."
I am not a Yankee but I consider the United States as the model of a nation to follow and that no matter how many problems they have, they overcome and advance.

i'm not american and not fan of every american policy but i recognize that is the most powerful nation of our century and how much they fought to the principle of freedom, mainly because as a latino the Monroe douctrine helped us a lot with independece stuff

I'm from Poland, but my dream is emigrating to USA one day...I don't want to only make money...I want to found a family there...give my kids a better childhood than even I had...US might not be perfect...but there's still many devouted and hard working people who want their country to carry on...Conservatives in America are at least different than leftists...which is unfortunately different in Poland...Democrats would be probably considered as a conservative party I my country just like the current government: Currently ruling party claims to be this one which protects traditional values, but in reality, they're giving more shit about Ukraine than us as the native citizens... I think that I rather want to live in US, where you have two parties, but at least the choice is simple and changes are noticeable...instead of Poland, where there are many political parties, but there isn't any government which can save us from collapse.

And If we talk 'bout Midwest, I think that I would rather like to live in some conservative district of Dallas or republican paradise of Plano in Texas, and of course Wyoming would be a beautiful place to visit on vacations with entire family. I'm actually 18 y.o. and I know that feeling partner...My country is one of the most restrictive ones if we talk 'bout gun laws...Almost 40,000,00 citizens and only below 600,000 or less of us have a gun license... What an irony... In United States, when you're 18 - you can be a gun owner, when you're 21 - you can consume an alcohol... In Poland it's opposite...And even though you're 21, you can have a gun license only, when you pass many complicated exams and when you'll blow up 1000 pln for a safe (it's 225 us-dollars, but believe me, that's an expensive prices in polish zloty are much more expensive) You also have to show up on some f*cked up competitions every 2 years, or they will take your gun license... I'm not mentioning that firearms themselves are very pricey in Poland

It's not only because of dems' low battle IQ... Maybe republicans might be underrated, but many liberals probably don't know that in case of an event like this, GOP has a a support of civil militias, US military since sleepy Joe fired the best and most respected generals, CIA would also support the conservative revolution because mostly Republicans are serving there...National Guard is also a thing...theoretically CIA or other US government's agencies would be double supervised but technically, I think they would be ready to take out the old tyrant if they only saw the sign to rise up...Also, Because of events like: Failure I Afghanistan, wave of illegal emigrants from Mexico and train derailment in Ohio, GOP probably gained some new supporters... But II American Civil War is today an conception which might be realistic, but not quite in 2020 they predicted this to happen, but it didn'twork out...
