Ph need C-RAM air defense system along it s west coast collab with other counter landing hardware like howitzers,anti ship missiles,mlrs and other equipment...ph must emulate israel defense system...that can intercept a large barrage of projectiles...brahmos system must be added...put C-RAM on any strategic location along its west coast..

It’s either or. FMS (foreign military sales) is a reduced price sale (usually because the higher end equipment/ armament is removed) or EDA (excess defense article) which is a surplus “free gift” as it is usually a item decomissioned by the US. The other “aid” is monetary, not my field of interest…
