I can't make the respawner work for some reason, I've double checked the code and it's identical, I just keep respawning back at the original spawn point :/

same to me and made a lot of test but collider works fine then i used one of Unity default Tag called "Respawn" and fixed

And I've ran into problems just because i didn't name the script the same as it says in the code, so check that out if you can.

Debug the entering statement Try checking the tag of the respawn box Try a different solution (I just checked the y of the player)

i wrote the code like this instead and got a similar result : else if(collision.tag == "CheckPoint") { respawnPoint = collision.transform.position; }

That would work better if you have any checkpoint sprites setup and you want everything to be pixel perfect ;)
