I'm just so surprised he made NDN tacos. People ALWAYS forget us Natives specially here in the US. Plus his frybread looks pretty good. As a half Navajo, raised Sac & Fox, and worked 2 years in a NDN taco restaurant, I approve. He also ate it like me and my brothers too. Frybread and honey is our favorite. But I'm really so happy he included frybread. Tho it's not actually a "traditional" food, it's definitely at every gathering these days.
As a mostly white dude growing up in the SF bay area, half my friends were asian. All this hate recently is making me sick and angry. Thank you Quang for the Unity!

As an African American, it embarrasses me the amount of violence my people have been committing on the Asian community. But vids like this give me hope. Food is LIFE!
As an African American woman, it’s BM joining in on the violence with WM, Hispanic men. BW ain’t took part in non of the Asian attacks. So don’t put all blacks in the same bubble. Quang has a beautiful soul, but let’s not forget Asians has been in the pass very bias & racist against blacks, because of what whyte Americans thinks about us. The problem is Asians is in shocked that whyte America is not what they thought it to be & the blacks was right all along about racism & mistreatment here. Yes, we all need to come together as a nation & relearn how to treat others & not judge someone by the color of their skin.
As an asian american man, i have to agree with both of you. Unfortunately, all races are to blame for racism. Everyone has prejudices resulting from ignorance and well as fear. Asian people are NOT shocked about “whyte” America. We have experienced racism from white people just as much as black people have. Yet racism against Asian people has been more accepted and taken less seriously. Of course black folks have been right all along. It’s common sense! We need to try harder to understand each others culture rather than pointing fingers. Everyone seems to just keep to their own race. Asian people are especially guilty of this, we’re racist against OTHER Asians. Makes no sense. Black America has always been unified with each other, regardless of the difference in culture or where they were born. That’s something we need to learn.

As a Navajo I am impressed with how your bread came out, I usually don’t time my bread and I like the bread nice and golden on each side. Everyone makes their Navajo Tacos differently, and with sour cream is usually put on the side, it’s also good to have it with salsa.
