Universal Access Garden in New Brunswick, New Jersey is a student design-built project undertaken by faculty and students in the Landscape Architecture department at Rutgers University. This multi-disciplinary project is realized in collaboration with the AIR Collaborative, which provided funding through the Rutgers Research Council Social and Racial Justice Grant. The garden is designed and built as a core project of the 11:550:341 LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE CONSTRUCTION II: MATERIALS & ASSEMBLIES course in spring of 2023, with the vison to provide inclusive community garden that's accessible to all.
