Is the Signature Edition subscription based or is it one time purchase?? And how many licenses do you get for the Signature Edition bundle?

I agree with the previous commentor UAD Pultec is way better. Not even close.

UAD Pultec > Waves, no contest

I used the UADx Spark plugins in a Windows computer I had a few months ago with a quad core i5 8th gen, and i can safely say they are quite cpu heavy on intel machines and I could only get a few instances of them to run simultaneously, however I got an M1 Mac and honestly it handles UAD plugins better than their Apollo DSP. What I can say is, I’ve been producing and making music for almost 10 years and I mostly use plugins and these are definitely the best sounding ones out there.
