In this video I'm showing a DIY method to make a universal phone Battery or any Lithium Battery (18650 Battery) charger by using TP4056 Micro USB 5V 1A Lithium Battery Charging Module Board TE585 Lipo Charger.

This modules arnt designd for this batterytype.. you have to change, for those type of batterries, r3 to get a lower current rate..

i followed your video tutorial but when i connected four nokia batteries to the charger the red and blue lights both are on...are the batteries already damaged and cannot be charged anymore?...the nokia batteries are only 4 months old.

I have purchased same change module, but I couldn't soldering the module with Lenovo K8 note battery, it was very hard to soldering for beginners like me, the latest battery are very minute/small to soldering the charge module with those battery, it would be great if you could do video on this problem, it will be more useful in future all DIY series Thanks in advance

yeah but it will take longer time to get fully charged. its peak charging current is 1000mA.

Digi tronics output = 4 to 5V depend on you battery capacity.

Dostum tp4056 fabrika ayarı 1000mah olarak geliyor elinde ki pillerin şarj mah farklı 0.8c kuralına göre uygun şarj etmiyorsun... Elindeki batarya 700mah x 0.8C =560 mah ile şarj etmelisin... Tp4056 program bacağına uygun resistor ekleyerek istediğin mah alabilirsin böylece pillerin zarar görmemiş olur.. İyi çalışmalar..

@@kigwatv2611 what do you mean?? I need it to charge to 3.8V and then Tp4056 to light Blue, end charge, IC thinking that the batt is at 4.2V, when in reality it is to its max, which is 3.8V for some batts.

it is stupidity to connect paper clips with batter terminals....they might get short circuit and damage the battery !!

1) some of these modules have bucks 2) The battery you hookup doesn't compatible with this module. 3) Check the -ve +ve connections once again.

It's possible but the charging time will be long... Because tp4056 module gives maximum 1000mah

No, you can´t! Its only for LiPo with 4,2 V!

I charged lipo battery of 3.7v but it doesn't cutoff when battery is above 4.21v, anybody has solution!

This charger is made only for charging li-ion batteries. Not for lipo.

So you’re using a power bank of batteries to charge up your batteries? Then you have to charge back up the power bank... seems a bit inefficient to me. Why not just use a phone charger that has a usb plug on it, and plug your usb cable to it? Or, get a 5 volt wall wart, and hook it up the the Vin and Ground pads?

What is this? All Li-ion and LiPo batteries does hai protection and charging board already in the battery. Why you need do connect external one? Ye kya bakwas hai? Sabhi Li-ion and LiPo battery me protection board already lga hua hota hai. Ye alag se board kyu lgaya hai??
