Open the tab where the key goes, unlock it, and there should be a tab that you can pull up. That should release the strap.

@@WelcmeTo1984 did that didn't work i had to take it a part and pull the pins out and reassemble it , the next time i use a wire to keep them where they go or zip tie, after the pins are removed you can pull the tab out , put the pins back and do what you did or the same process again

Pretty useless review without taking it for a test drive. I could just lay a ladder flat on my car and it wouldn't go anywhere because the car isn't moving!
