I've been on the Universal Credit now for almost 2 years and I must say the service I have recieved has been awesome since day 1. Friendly, helpful and sympathetic. Getting started on line is easy and if you're honest from the get go, you won't ever have any problems getting the service and benefits that you have paid for in the past with the taxes you paid when you were working. In fact, this is why we pay taxes, so we can be helped out when things go wrong.. My advice is to always update your online journal with every significnt change in your life and get to know your 'work coach' a little bit. Develop a rapport.
