I am 65 Y/O, have a large home gym and workout 6 days a week. I take a number of the Universal Nutrition products including the Multivitamins. The thing to understand is everyone is different. But I have been taking these supplements for years and I feel like i'm in my 30's. I have plenty of energy, work a full time job and take NO prescription drugs. I can't prove these supplements have kept me as active as I am, but I can't disprove it either. I look at other 65 Y/O's and can't believe I am as old as some of them. I would highly suggest you try the multivitamins then move to some of their other products if you like the multi. Yes, it's a lot of pills. So what! I think Universal Nutrition is a good company and their products are very good as well.
Animal Pak gave me the sickest pumps and unreal focus and energy. Only thing I ever took that made me stronger besides creatine. Only supplement you need besides protein and creatine.
Been using these for about a month, sometimes i have too much energy... but the vitamins make me feel phenomenal, getting really good lifts in and the energy is super useful. i feel my muscles stay consistent and strong. only side effect: alien like colored piss. its actually hilarious and doesnt cause any pain etc.
I have the Animal PAK, Flex and Omega in pill form. A total of 26 HUGE pills, and I only take one pack of the Pak vitamins. I will switch to the drink form of at least two of these if I can in future. It’s exhausting taking all these pills.
I'm recovering from an everything crisis... I know for a fact I'm deficient in MANY things. Animal pak simply looks like the most complete product iv seen so far... with pretty generous doses all across the board. Iv started taking several basics but I'm about to just say screw it and pay the money for animal pak and then if I wanna add other things, at least I'm getting a good base. Walmart has it for $35.
I started both animal cuts and animal pak .. been using the pills though. I have lost 50lbs n did get shredded for the summer. My only concern was why so much vitamin A? I can upload my transformation pics.. I started at 199lbs in October and weigh 148.6lbs as of now . Thanks to universal nutrition
@@MatteoVlogs thanks so much Matt.. took a lot of diet sacrifices too loo.. @gerraldsamraj hey I just started on the same animal pack multi and the animal cuts. How did that transformation go? Got any pointers you wanna share diet, workout, etc.
All comes down to diet and weight lifting. If you don’t wanna lose muscle then less cardio and more weight training. Instead of cardio, low your calories.
"I dont want to be taking the pills, i dont know if they do anything" its literally the same product just in a powder form. So if u dont know if the pills were working how do u know if this is working If its the same product
I feel supplements hit me better and digest better in powder form over pill form. That’s why they have options. I’ve taken pill multivitamins before in the past and haven’t felt anything compared to their powder partner
I definitely recommend this multivitamin over others due to all the ingredients...look at the ingredient label lol tons! 2 scoops a day would last 22/23 days. But if you do 1 scoop you'll have it last 45 days. I try and stick to 1 scoop a day.
That's way too much. If you're a normal lifter, not in professional competition, then refrain from taking 2 scoops, your body doesn't need that many vitamins and minerals a day.
ok ill take what ive said about the Animal pak powder of having after taste. i consumed it like how i consume my pre work out by putting the scoops in my mouth instead of mixing it in the bottle with water. I taste more orange when I put the powder in my mouth then drinking water with it

I don’t know if I’m doing right or not but I need your opinion guys. Every day after breakfast I drink Animal Pak. I drink Animal Pump With food 30 minutes before my workout. After workout I drink Whey Protein. It is fine what I am doing or should I not take this much supplements in one day?
The pill form is not 44 pills it's 44 packs of pills. Each pack contains 11 pills. Serving suggestion if you're a serious bodybuilder two packs per day.
@@EpicMovieMoments Well I guess if a person is a serious bodybuilder and really hitting it heavy I guess they'd be drinking, pissing and sweating a lot so it's suggested to take two packs a day 8 to 12 hours apart from each other.
Will help the skin to? I mean the skin will start to look better or the hair after using it? Because if saying have so many vitamins, I think will not only improve the health of the body but the appearance of hair and skin, no?
I've been taking the Pak and the Greens for awhile now but I really wanna try the Cuts. Would you say that its ok to take the cuts with the Pak or not use the Pak while on Cuts?
honest review . also got sent it free to review plus another free product . hmm. I found the product awful actually made me nauseous and sick due to the ridiculous overdose of vitamins which was confirmed by a doctor to actually be overloading my body
Ya it was an honest review, I’m not paid by Universal to say anything special. I wish I was paid tbh. Not everyone is going to like everything in this world. Some people will enjoy the taste, while others may not. If it was an overdose in vitamins I would have stated that. I take it all the time and my body reacts fine. Maybe it’s best you stay away from this product then and find a lower dosed multi vitamin like the ones they sell in the stores!
Maybe you took 2 scoops a day instead of just one and probably, you were taking vitamin supplements way before trying out this product, so in that case, overdose is quite likely to happen.

I’m unsure why you are having those side effects. Mine was powder form, maybe try to switch to powder and not pills? Multivitamins can be taken at anytime of the day, as long as you are taking the recommended dosage
Bro I ordered pills one by mistake I wanted to order the powder one but by mistake got pills .....damn there are so many pills in one pack . Every time I take them feels they gonna stuck in my throat ....🤣🤣

The Orange flavor is the best flavor. I started with the pill paks... The original animal pak comes with 11 pills. Which you're taking 22 pills if you're training. Go with the powder! Two small scoops. Fast, easy and you're good to go.
