I've used many different and used to cycle my vitamins based off of what was on sale when I needed to resupply and in my experience my go to was by control labs.
Rainbow light vs GNC Mega men sport vs Opti Men? I am in the gym 6 days a week on push/legs/pull and want a bit more energy. I take Opti men now along with ON Hydrowhey, ON Creatine and C4 Cellucor and a Fish oil supplement. What am I missing? Yes I eat a lot of food as well, fruits and vegetables, eggs, chicken breast, brown rice, sweet potato, peanut butter, pork etc, not much fish but sometimes. Hardly eat beef.
Hey John, it'd be great if you could update me about your supplements and experience after 2 years. I've been working out seriously (like with workout plans, protein supplements, etc) for a few months. I'm taking Multivitamin: Opti Men; Fish oil: Nature Made's; Protein powder: ON Serious Mass; Creatine: ON creatine mono (sometimes I switched to GNC creatine HCL just to see how different it is). I just wanna know which product is the best overall for each type of supplement. Also it seems like most of supplements I use contain vitamin D3 and I don't want to overdose on that. Should I switch to other stuff to decrease the amount of D3?
I used the one that Alex Jones promotes - Tangy Tangerine. I only take it once a week but since they spiked the prices on it I'm looking for something else. TT was invented by an actual doctor and not some gimmicky marketing and supplement company.
Great video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you ever tried - Piybigonl Stupendous Preference (just google it)? It is a good one off product for learning the secret to get a massive erection again without the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate after a lifetime of fighting got excellent results with it.
Sean Jerome I’ve used Vitamin Code for about 2 months. It doesn’t upset your stomach. I didn’t see any results though. It didn’t work on me. Its vitamins are extracted from yeast fermentation as I think. Because, it gave me bad reactions in skin.
If you can use Klarna, you can make 4 payments. So $60 will be $15 every two weeks. This doesn’t include tax of course. $15 on initial order then the next three payments over 6 weeks. It really helps me when I am low on cash until payday.
Of course it does, but you can make up your science as you go and no one is allowed to question it. Its your lived experience that counts. Actual facts mean nothing.
