I wish we could ride the train solo. I think it's so awkward sometimes with strangers. And also because people can be annoying (like your expierence). I went to universal for the first time a couple years ago and i also thought Universal was a little chaotic, and some of the employees were quite rude in the locker room (even yelling at family that it didnt require all of them to lock up their items) 😬
I did not run into any rude team members on my trip but I did have a lot of chaos. I ended up becoming an AP because i had so much fun but I feel like there is plenty of room for improvement. My second day was better because I was less overwhelmed. Disney World is still more smooth with the cast member training. I’m sorry that you had a bad experience when you went.
