University of Pittsburgh Press Conference with Chief Loftus 

In a press conference on the Pittsburgh campus on April 11, 2023, University of Pittsburgh Chief of Police Jim Loftus explains the early morning events of active shooter hoaxes, the City of Pittsburgh Police and Pitt Police response and use of the University’s Emergency Notification System.
