Hello! Did you do anything color wise to this topper? This color is gorgeous just looks less red than other truffle browns I’ve seen! At first I thought it was espresso brown.

Which do you feel has a thicker density after washing? Upgrade Courtney or upgrade aura? Please do tell. I am planning to but either this. I know that upgrade Courtney is 130 and this is 110 but i wanted to know after washing which looks and feels much thicker that your bio hair would not poke out so much.
Great review!! If I could offer some friendly feedback - the music is a little loud and distracting, I think it'd be okay to keep background music but maybe just a few notches lower.
Hi Lacie, I just got mine and I love it, I’m new to toppers and would like to know how do I train the part? This one came parted down the middle, I know it’s supposed to be flexible but it seems to want to stay where it is, how do I part it on the side and get it to stay? Thanks!
Almost wish I would have purchased this one instead of one I recently bought! My hair is growing back so hopefully I won’t need any toppers in a year from now but it looks great. I was wanting to get the aura center part but they were all sold out at the time so hearing they have a free part now is hard 😂😂it looks amazing though. The density looks just right 👌

Hi Lacie - thx for the videos! I’ve been wearing toppers for YEARS too& I should start educating. This one looks similar to Highline toppers which uses silk top & comb in the front - which is what I currently have (2). Those toppers are 7x8 so very large base, only disadvantage. They can get smaller caps but I haven’t. I think it looks great on you. Question - why is this so inexpensive? Does it shed, tangle? I like to blend my bio hair in the front to the topper so it looks more natural - a bit harder to do w the silk top. I did just buy the Lauren ash topper which is the same cost as Highline (interesting)🤔 Question - what size top grip do you use on the Lauren ash topper?
I have a Highline topper that I've been wearing daily for 18 months. The hair is high quality and so is the piece. It never tangles. Ever. And it still looks brand new except that it needs a color refresh. I cut bangs into it which Mayes it look so natural. I'm looking at an Aura topper to use for when I workout at my fitness place. I think this just might fit the bill!
I love my Highline toppers - I have two. They are awesome - but I wanted a lace top w less volume for pulling my hair back in ponytails which I do every day for work. I just received my Lauren Ashtyn topper - not a fan. High price, same price as Highline actually , but the hair quality isnt good and the colors are off. Plus it looks fake. They don’t even have an off black color. I emailed them for an exchange. 😮
The Aura topper is a skin top, which is similar to a silk top but it's machine made. The hair does tangle more yes but it doesn't mat. Highline is much higher quality yes. Lauren Ashtyn toppers are super dense. I used a small topper grip with that one. Hope that helps!
Thx Lacie! I wish I never ordered the Lauren Ashtyn - very overpriced for the quality & comparatively speaking, the LA doesn’t even compare to Highline - yet it’s the same price point. No bueno. Go figure 😮
I don't own one! I've used one for content but never was able to wash it or wear it for a while to get a good feel for a full review. Maybe one day though!
I purchased this piece 4 months ago. The first two times I washed it the strong smell of permanent was there and it won't hold a curl. I complained to Uniwigs but they denied putting a permanent on it. It drys straight never wavy. I've made the piece work but not happy.
@@lacie.rodriguez I won't say I'm not happy. It's my first piece and I've even had hair dresser friends think it was my real hair. I'm afraid it's going to dry out the front pieces that I keep having to curl everother day. Any advice.....
Do you know of any companies that offer cool toned brown light to medium brown shades? I only see warm tones available, and I don't like red in my hair.
Try Highline Wigs who has a mousse color that is ashy. It’s a little darker though. Or Dimples Hair has their nutmeg rooted that I’ve reviewed. I would call it a neutral light to medium brown. Ashy browns can be hard to find sometimes 😕
