You obviously ain't from the south lol. He is faking the accent a bit but he is mimicking they alot of older people actually sound. Lol I'm from SC I definitely don't sound like this but I do have an accent my girlfriend is from Wisconsin and she sometimes has no clue what I'm trying to say to her. Lol
