About The Forgotten Media Foundation:
The Forgotten Media Foundation uses one off, vintage photography from our archive collection to provide you with 4K vintage photography galleries. When possible, we provide the history, location and date. They offer brief moments of unique history for the world to remember and enjoy.
Forgotten Media Foundation (forgottenmedia...) is preserving and archiving these moment of history in time by way of The Forgotten Media Files (theforgottenme...) and The Vintage Image Archive (vintageimagear...). Through private acquisitions and generous donations, we digitize and preserve 35mm slides, as well as 8mm and 16mm film, focusing on individual and semi-professional collections.
We offer the world a glimpse into our shared past - a time when life was simpler yet more authentic, allowing us to reconnect with who we are and rediscover our past.
