@@LostWaving yeah, i posted a 1 minute song and they butchered it to 30 seconds. And pretty sure they know people want the full snippets, but they dont seem interested in doing that
Blame whatzatsong, op most likely posted a longer sample or even the full song, but since whatzatsong has a dumb policy of cutting every upload to 30 seconds, we only have this. This has happened with A LOT of unknowns like zoltan for example

ughh it cuts off right before the chorus! such a great snippet, brings me memories from 2018, sounds like smth i would hear on youtube specifically, in an animated meme or animatic, or on a radio. VERY familiar
Sounds like a 2000s/2010s movie song by a fake band in the movie or a real one that recorded this for the movie. Also gives major "youtuber" music, it reminds me of like "The Living Tombstone" kind of youtubers or just some youtuber that collabed with a producer.

Even though the song is found I still come and listen to this video occasionally. I don't know why, but just listening to these 30 seconds gives me a weird sense of nostalgia that the full song doesn't

Been listening to this on loop for a couple minutes. The singers voice is so distinct.. I believe that the lyrics before it starts are "nothing can be found (but mechanical people) At least thats what makes sense to me, considering how the song is about how this guy sees the world It sounds very modern, although very obscure. Maybe like an indie band that never got off the ground Hope the song gets found 🙏

sounds a bit low compressed in places. could be intentional but I doubt it given the genre. the date is somewhere between 2006-2011. hope it gets found soon, this is my second favourite lost song snippet (after "Funky" by Royal Treatment Plant.)
I SWEAR i have heard this before. My best bet on what the song is is that it's 1: a DAgames song that slipped through the cracks of youtube's algorithm. Or 2: a we happy few song.
This feels like mid 00's to early 10's pop to me. It gives me those nostalgic vibes, like it could've been one of the songs I grew up hearing. In fact, (and I know literally everyone says this on lost songs, but I really do feel like this), I feel like I actually could've heard this at some point. It's the first lost song I've heard that actually feels familiar to me.
