This is the last song of a concept album, hence the long fade. It totally works in the context of the story. It's basically a tragedy of sorts. Phantoma, the protagonist of the story, is an AI that gains self awareness and is very bright eyed and positive at first. By the end of the album she basically becomes a tyrant, and in this song you feel her anger and the lingering sadness of what she has become. A great finisher to a great album.
