A parallel: In situations of survival like in remote areas where help comes only after days, weeks or months, the people who survive are those, who "work" their situation task after task: Find protection against weather, make a fire, find water, etc.

So true, You will notice this all came about during a prolonged period of real stress. It was a healthy coping mechanism but it helping work through many challenges with my art from that point forward. Thanks for your thoughts!

Thank you so much. You are reinforcing thoughts that I have had lately. I feel so scattered and anxious trying to tackle several life crises at once and getting nowhere. I need to breath, create and do one thing at a time.

I hope this is something you can apply. It helped me and gave me a safe place to go, just to get lost in my art. Also to draw what was going on inside me. This is pretty common. but it does help. Take care
