ISAF : We have Mobius 1 Osea : We have the Razgriz Osea : We have three strikes Emmeria : We have an entire army of good guys that actually are competent soldiers that contribute to the battle & war + Garuda 1.
22 likes, a pun for the title and (what if they have) the number of Emmerian's 5 Gen Advance Tactical Fighter of Osean (AC version of U.S.) origin. The F-22A Raptors.
Ace Combat wingman levels: 4: *Looks around* ...I have wingmen? 5: *Sees a friendly missile every few minutes* You guys are the ok-est squad ever 0: Pixy, I need c- *Target was already destroyed* ...Damn! 6: See those enemies over there? Allied squadron: Yes, Garuda 1? I don't want to Entire EmmerianAir Force: Roger that! *FREAKING YEETS HUNDREDS OF MISSILES FROM EVERY DIRECTION* 7: *Looks around* ...I have wingmen?
Ace Combat 4 while you don't have direct wingmans, the allied NPCs still occasionally shoot down the enemies. For example, in Megalith on some difficulty levels the AI can kill the Yellows all by themselves. Meanwhile on AC7 they can't do shit outside of the DLC missions
Ace Combat 6’s AIs are incredibly strong, not just your wingman. Since they do make kill counts and once you use Allied Attack or Support, you can take down up to half of the enemies in the stage. The Allied Command Skill is undoubtedly the strongest and most useful skill in AC series.
This feature is what makes this game so great... The fact you took the time to highlight ground support shows you love this feature as much as I do! lol
@@AlvinAnakMudaGameandfun Friendly AI in AC7 are the biggest piece of dogsh*t i ever seen in any AC game. I prefer AC6 allies, because orders are optional but you can count always with competent help if you need them. AC7 is literally you VS the entire world.
Being able to sick everyone on Strigon and the other aces is so good. You're great and all but when 30 planes are firing full focus fire missile barrages really out the best to the test.
It's pretty neat that you work along side the same allies during the campaign. Practically everyone is a named unit and there is rarely just a generic "ally".
Arguably one of the best experimental features in a game whose only real flaw was the narrative of a otherwise good story. AC6 deserved better than what it got.
0:05 AWACS: “Additional enemy planes have been spotted. You don’t wanna know how many..” 0:12 Garuda 1: “No no, please do. I want to know how many are left after that initial barrage. >:3 “
AC6 pretty much as the best friendly AI because you can order them to concentrate (spam) attacks. AC7 is really bad since they themselves behave so badly, their missile damage is negligible. I know we have to be the best ace in the war, but it really ruins the immersion when they say they will cover you from drones but you you them do nothing. In Project Wingman, I can say its a lot better than AC7, and probably even better than unordered AC6's. They have the same missile damage as you, they sometimes shoot down even Crimson Squadron, although them shooting enemies will only give you partial the points. I kinda wish we have AC5 or AC0 wingman command system at least, but hey its indie.
Maaaan, I completed the whole game without knowing that feature. I thought the yellow/blue bar at the bottom left indicated the mission completion, lol.
I dont know why they got rid of that!! It would of been great on AC7. FYI if you like games like Ace Combat and DCS you need to try Project Wingman i dont know if it is on steam but its free on Xbox Game Pass. I am really enjoying it!
I have done that before ADMM's mixed in with the Allied Support missiles now that is BEAUTY!. Especially if you give Shamrock the ADMM's too which brings it up to 24 missiles plus ∞ Allied missiles now that is more than enough to make you say "HOLY SHIT NOW THAT'S EMOTIONAL DAMAGE!".
