Honestly, if McGillis hadn't thrown the sword away, Gaelio would have died Like what the heck, Kimaris is completely superior in weapons, has more equipment and has more upgrades than a 300 year old machine that doesn't have any upgrades and Gaelio is almost impaled by McGillis? ????? The plot armor in the ss2 is thicker than Nanolaminate armor😂😂😂 Seriously I don't even know what the f is the author thinking anymore Anything else good ? Well the combat scences definitely good❤
@@gipsyavenger3969 yes and no, kimaris vidar was the final equipment of gundam kimaris used 300y ago. So basically are both the same "old" the point is the technological advance in equipment develop during the calamity war, bael, as barbatos/zephar/gusion but seems up the the mark 16 o 24 the gundam frame look like to have only armor and close combat weapon to fight the mobile armor in close quarter fight. Frm the mark 24 and up to 54 they start to have very specific equipment and advance form the data collect from the first 24 gundam frame, like the fligh equipment of the astaroth origin , asmodeus tonfa, marchiosias wings , murmur feather , gremory super armor, seems also zagan with a sort of super armor + wingclaw, then the last 12 gundam seems that also have a full set of equipment that could be swap if needed, like the kimaris that have at least 3 "original" form like trooper for ground fight, space equipment and the full vidar equipment or even better the dantalion that could carry its equipment with him like the B and T cowl and use "as need". So basically mcgillis is a better pilot as gaelio for sure, bael is stated that is still the frame with better/maximum output but the upper hand in this case was the most advanced equipment of kimaris plus the AV system used at 100% by Ein brain.
btw if we take for good that each 7star family got a star due the defeat of a mobile armor, we can say that falk with 04 and kujan with 16 was quite good pilot cause they fight with early equipment frame (at least falk could have fight also with Kaieru and 01 bael), then elion and fared with 48 and 54 with a better gundam thus issue and baduin faimily with later model. Maybe Zalmfort family didn't have a star just cause the dantalion was deployed late in war when the tattics of fighting the mobile armor with 2 or more gudam was used, even if the dantalion have the capaibility to fight alone.
Mcgillis plot armor is so strong he got his skills buffed but even then this season of ibo had a better final course than s1, gaelio is a much better mc than gary stekkadan

Cuz even they know their toast when barbatos and bael are together, and they've done bael dirty, bael got defeated bcuz of his pilot even tho his the strongest in his verse, and neither gaelio and mcgillis were able to reach the peak of what mika reach, the true power of a gundam frame, and btw the fact that Mikazuki's AV system is just a bootleg like, he's the only one that's close to that of a calamity war pilot but he was only able to use a portion of barbatos full power bcuz of his defectiveAV system, which what Rustal fear the most
