Apart from Sonny's sense of humor, I guess the other reason why I enjoy watching this channel so much is the fact that he has always been very respective of the foreign cultures, and is very receptive to anything that is new. Great job "Best Ever Food Review Show"!

I came to this channel because I've became so disconnected from my heritage (Vietnamese) I havent even visit Vietnam. But seeing trying all the different food that I grew up with really made me smile and remember the good times I've had with my parents. I've been binge watch literally every video. Your production value is good for any tv channel to broadcast straightaway. On the point of dim sum it is really the best the world can get for a relaxing morning or afternoon, with so much variety and tea, plus the price are really affordable. Coming from someone who eat around the world I can tell you lot of delicacies are hype (french snail, caviar, kobe beef etc). The best experience you can get is a relaxing dim sum in guangzhou or hong kong, and a northern indian wedding with so many wonderful cookies and vegeterian curry it's like heaven!

this has to be my favorite food show that's on a screen. sunny is a no bull, to the point and very entertaining person to watch. Also, every time he has a first bite of something he doesn't make these weird creepy falling over to the right orgasmic faces like he just blew his load under the whole table like a youtube host, I wont name names but his first name begins with an M and his last Name is Weins. Hopefully we will see Sunny on the food network or travel network one day.

So funny! I am Chinese and ate dim sum growing up, so I didn’t think I needed to watch this video, but so glad I did because this video is hilarious! One thing I should say to people who is not used to dim sum restaurants, please don’t touch the basket lids on the cart or take baskets of food out of the cart like Sonny was doing- they only let him do that because he was filming. And should stay a good distance from the food if the lid is open for you to view - just think about the next person who will get that basket if you decided not to take it. Now I must find the nearest dim sum place and have some even thought it won’t be as good as the ones in big city Chinatowns or in Guangzhou or HongKong.

Aside from making a crazy show, if you just look around for a minute, I'm sure it's easy to notice that the carts are moving around, and that they go to each table! I've been in places in the US that have the same carts and some of the same dishes! This is a little surprising, but in a good way. I wish there were more dim sum restaurants, tea houses and noodle restaurants!

Rotating table is very common in Chinese restaurant. you can find this is most of the Chinese wedding dinner and restaurant which has big table.

I really enjoy your show because the respect you always show for the food and dining traditions of people of other cultures. I am Cantonese, originally from Hong Kong but immigrated to Sydney Australia with my parents when I was 9 years old. Because of this, I have missed out on growing up surrounded by elements of my own culture. I really enjoy episodes like this where it focused on Cantonese cuisine where it teaches me about my own traditions - Thanks Sonny Side, you rock !!

With few people, cultures and traditions are maintained. With a lot of people, cultures and traditions are very transient. Hong Kong of the '90's was no longer the Hong Kong of the '80's. And Hong Kong in the 21st century is no longer the Hong Kong of the 20th century. Hong Kong is a small jurisdiction, but very crowded. That means there are a lot of people. Population density - it is the reason I think your family emigrated to Sydney, and perhaps the fear of or anxiety with the return to China rule. I think I am much older than you and emigrated to the US in '72, age 8. Reason - father cannot make a decent enough living in Hong Kong.

TTrevolverheldTT the flour for making dough is called non-glutinous flour or wheat flour or wheat flour. It becomes transparent after steaming. So it looks very thin.
