Nah you can still get burst with that build. What would be good for vengeance tho is adc while being a pure tank rammus due to it being only possible in the arena wiht the stats and items you can just buy lol. And what's the best combos are an ap or ad converter augment when you get the infinite Stacking ap and ad per auto and skill cast it's too op on belveth with her E interaction and converting all that infinite ap to ad no one can even survive 1 or 2 E cast even the tanks 😂😂😂
