I'm obsessed with those materials, so inspiring! Best in class indeed! I've been a C4D user since 2012 started with GSG following countless tutorials with orange and pink spheres with MoGraph Nick with and Chris way back when it was free! I've always loved making my own materials but Plus makes it so easy to go straight to creation mode with the HDRIs the dropzone and all these AMAZING materials that I find it even more liberating to go straight to creating and less techy building! I was a fan 10 years ago but even more so today, awesome job GSG you really inspire a whole generation of designers! Keep em coming.
You and your materials are the bests Just for suggestions (and i know you probably thought about 99% of these): The size of pack is increasing exponentioally and i know it is for your high quality image texture, is there anyway to have two versions of matterials to download and use, one with raw perfect quality one for less storage usage ? Besides your matterial in c4d, inside blender i use procedural metterials for 90% of time, there are faster, lower on ram and storage usage, no need for good uv unwrap, more customizable Is it possible that you start developing procedural matterials? Is this on your plan? I know your matterials quality and details are mostly impossible to make with procedural system but i can not get away from the fact of the benefits os procedural matterails, specially for somebody like me on lower system power
Thanks for the question! We only have the original highest quality available for download. We don't have lower quality available. But we are aware of hard drive space being an issue. As of now, we are not using Procedural materials to ensure that you always get the highest quality.
Whenever i try to open the material shader graph in redshift now it turns the material completely black, are you guys going to update the materials you guys offer through the service?
