I walk with 3 lbs weight in my hands. My posture was bad. I used to lean forward and also walk like a duck. I am improving my posture slowly. Your video is a big help. Mashallah you are the only Pakistani doctor I watch. Please give some diet advise too. Jazakallahu khairan katheera.

And then educate the people of Pakistan thorugh your channel about the disastrous consequences of wearing these heeled, cushioned and narrow shoes which wreak havoc on our feet and overall body.
