I love the fact that the visual illustration portray these lessons in more simple and fun way which makes it hard to forget. I also learnt some new statistics, 55% of communication is body language, 38% is the tone of voice, 7% is the actual words. This is incredible.

The 7-38-55 Rule just makes a lot of sense because our body language communicates a whole lot of things words cannot contain. This is awesome.

I wish I came across this video much earlier than but nevertheless I'm glad I'm getting this knowledge. Negotiation can be the bridge between decisions of being a millionaire or loosing a contract worth millions this explains how powerful negotiations are. Thank you for this insightful video.
